Living Beyond Mere Existence

The only thing that stands between a person and what he wants from life is often merely the will to do it and the faith to believe that it is possible. A living faith cannot be manufactured by the rule of majority.

Faith walkers will never blend in with those who govern their life by logic. Reason is good when the situation is humanly possible; faith is called for when it’s not. A faith that hasn’t been tested can’t be trusted. Faith is a passionate intuition and he who has faith has an inward reservoir of courage, hope, confidence, and calmness. Prayer may be the way to reach heaven, but faith is the key to unlock its door.

Faith requires belief; believing requires action; action requires thought or imagination; and thought or imagination requires words. If you believe strongly in scarcity, think about it regularly, and make it the focus of your conversation, I am certain that you will see a great deal of it in your life. On the other hand, if you believe in happiness and abundance, think and talk about it to others, act on your belief in them; it is guaranteed that you will see it in your life.

A man’s mind, stretched to a new idea, never goes back to its original dimension. Faith will stretch your life into the shape of your imagination. Fear will reduce your life into the shape your imagination.

As you read this, you may resist this principle because subconsciously you may want to remain in the illusion of safety or safe zone. As long as you are convinced that you are a limited human being, subject to things beyond control, you don’t need to consider your own greatness and the risk of living by faith. Think about it for a moment; all the impediments to your success and happiness can be neatly explained away as simply as the boundaries of your physical existence. This is when you hear, “I’m only human.” With this frame of mind, you can decide that other people are just fortunate or they were born with advantages you did not get or they got all the breaks or angels sprinkled extra star dust on some.

Most people don’t like moving beyond their comfort zone because they consider this move too risky to toss out all of the old comforts. You may not be quite ready to explore this place where you can walk in abundance and total confidence. However, take the plunge, and explore your hidden untapped abilities. Release your faith and faith will release your greatness.

Faith is explosive and dynamic in its potential, even to the point that Jesus said, “All things are possible to him that believes.”
